"One Child Makes a Difference!"

“It is a wondrous occasion when our hearts are touched into action”, comments Randy Russell, Chairman of the Issa Trust Foundation. “Here is what can happen when children join in to help those in need. Words alone cannot express our gratitude”.

Our sixth grade Sunday school students at Faith Lutheran Church in Moline, IL collected Bibles and raised money from a bake sale to give to Three Hills Primary School in Jamaica. One of our students went to Jamaica on a vacation, then ended up visiting the school. She observed that some of the students did not have Bibles when they did their devotionals, and brought back the idea for our class to get Bibles to send to them.

I am including the 53 Bibles, as well as a check for $300.00, that we would like to be used for the students at Three Hills Primary School, as you feel would best benefit them.

The child was so touched by what she saw she needed to do something!!!!
